After over 20 years of serving the community, The Fabric Mill will be closing its doors at the end of March 2025. Until then, we will continue to operate as usual, offering the quality fabrics and services you've come to expect.

Sale Day Information
Our Sale Area is located in a separate building from our main shop. To reach it, please follow the red sale banners and ascend the yellow staircase.
As this is a working factory, please wear sensible footwear and stay within the designated sale areas marked by the banners. The factory can be quite cold during the winter months, so please dress warmly.
For safety reasons, children must always be supervised in the factory and shop areas.
Just so you know, all rolls in the Sale Area have been pre-measured and priced, and we cannot cut them to custom sizes.
For curtain, blind, and cushion fabric quantities, we recommend visiting our shop prior to the sale event. Our team will be happy to assist you. If you need help with upholstery quantities, we'd like to suggest consulting your upholsterer.
We offer a wide range of items, so please bring a bag for your purchases. Both cash and card payments are accepted.
